Yes, I wish to take advantage of the Special NO-QUALIFYING Scholarship from the  I.M.M.  I am ever so grateful to the graduates who have donated these funds, and when I am doing better financially I will endeavor to make a contribution to the scholarship fund to help maintain this wonderful tradition.

I will pay full tuition.  Please take the funds that would have been awarded to me as my donation to the I.M.M. Scholarship Fund and award them to another applicant.
